닭갈비; Dakgalbi; Stir-fried spicy chicken
Diced chicken marinated in spicy chili pepper paste (Gochujang; 고추장) is stir-fried with cabbage, green onions, sweet potato, onions, scallions and cylinder shaped Korean rice cakes (Tteok; 떡) in a large cast iron pan at the table. Steamed rice (밥,Bap) is later then added and stir-fried with the remaining sauce in the pan. While the chicken can be eaten on its own, some people prefer to wrap it up with the leafy greens.
