돼지갈비; Dwaeji galbi; Pork Ribs
Pork ribs are marinated with rice wine, sesame oil, soy sauce (Ganjang 간장), garlic, black pepper, ginger and sugar. The meat is than grilled to perfection with its bones and tenderloins still attached. The cooked meat is usually dabbed with a thick spicy paste Ssamjang (쌈장) and wrapped with a variety of leafy greens.
