갈비탕; Galbitang; Short ribs soup

One of the Korean favorites  This soup is made with beef short ribs simmered for 4 - 5 hours with daikon, the soft ribs are then seasoned with scallions, soy sauce Ganjang (간장), garlic, pepper, sesame oil and salt. The fatty oil is removed and the soup is simmered again before serving.
