A Kimchi (김치) variant of the popular and common snack 김밥(Kimbap) made from steamed rice, Bap (밥), wrapped and rolled in seaweed sheets, Kim (김). The rice is lightly seasoned with sesame oil and salt. Ingredients that are commonly rolled in the center are eggs, cucumber, carrots, pickled radish Danmuji (단무지) and Kimchi.
