소갈비/쇠갈비/양념갈비/불갈비; Sogalbi/Soegalbi/YangnyeomGalbi/Bulgalbi; Beef ribs


Simply called Galbi (갈비) the ribs are marinated with rice wine, sesame oil, soy sauce (Ganjang 간장), garlic, black pepper, ginger and sugar. The meat is than grilled to perfection over fire to be known as Bulgalbi 불갈비. The meat is usually dabbed with a thick spicy paste Ssamjang (쌈장) and wrapped with a variety of leafy greens.
